I embarked on my Scalp Micropigmentation journey with a desire to help individuals struggling with hair loss and low confidence associated with pattern balding. I am driven by the transformative impact that my skills and treatments have on my clients' self-esteem through SMP. I possess a strong background in the tattoo industry since 2007, owning, operating and managing three successful studios filled with 30+ amazing artists and staff members. I ventured into SMP in 2020, completing multiple comprehensive training courses throughout North America. Today, I offer my own SMP certified training courses and have expanded to two locations, in both of Alberta's largest cities, Edmonton and Calgary. I maintain the highest standards of sterilization, safety, and cleanliness, while ensuring top-quality results with meticulous attention to detail. I specialize in a variety of men's hairlines and sincerely look forward to helping clients who suffer from alopecia, specifically trichotillomania. Committed to continuous learning and improvement, I regularly test new products and equipment and seek out advancements in application and emerging techniques to provide the best possible service and results. Generally speaking each sessions is between 2-4 hours. We use a 3+ session strategy and offer a FREE final touch up session to make sure you're looking oh so fresh and clean.
It takes approximately 7-10 days for each procedure to heal properly, but there is generally no downtime.
SMP is a semi-permanent procedure and lasts depending on the pigment and equipment used, depth of needle, pressure applied and most importantly aftercare. Skin type, skin care regimen, and aftercare play a big part and promotes long lasting results.
